Why Shopping Bags should define your store and not your wallet!

Give someone a flyer to your business and chances are that it will in the rubbish in minutes - Put a purchased item in a shopping bag with your logo on it and they will walk around for hours with it for everyone to see.

It is puzzling why so many retailers spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on flyers and brochures for their stores, yet refuse to spend a dollar more than they have to on their shopping bags.

After all, it’s the shopping bag that defines the kind of store you are running.

What kind of shopping bags are your customers leaving your store with? Do they have your logo on it? Are you missing a great shopping bag advertising opportunity? Let me tell you now, when a customer leaves your store with an unmarked shopping bag it does not make a good impression on your store

Expensive label clothing stores would never give their customers a plain non printed shopping bag for their customer purchases.

Every one of their bags are solid, glossy shopping bags with a large store logo or name printed on the sides with some rope or leather handles.

These stores didn’t get where they are by giving out cheap unlabelled shopping bags!

It amazes me that in this age and day of technology and printing techniques that retailers are still letting their customers walk out of their stores with a non-branded non descript bag!

If you have already paid for the manufacture of shopping bags, then printing on these bags would only add a small cost.

Everyday in supermarkets, great advertising opportunities are passing them by. When purchasing from a supermarket, your groceries are put in blank plastic shopping bags. Meanwhile, the same supermarkets are spending big bucks on TV and Radio campaigns to promote their company in the public eye.

If they had just spent a little more to get printing on the shopping bags, they could be promoting their brand for a whole lot less!

If you are looking for an easy and inexpensive way to promote and raise awareness for your brand, custom printed shopping bags are the way to go!
